Frank Weathers used to be a farmer from Junktown with a farm with over a hundred acres, but got tired of plowing fields all day and decided to move out to New Vegas with his family. Afterwards, he became very abusive to them, beating them for the smallest reasons. His family was planning to run away to escape from Frank's abuse, but they were captured by Caesar's Legion while traveling to New Vegas. During this, Frank ran and abandoned his family, and has hated himself for doing so since.
(This role does not have all the lines. Entire script is 49 lines of dialogue)
(Introduces himself)
My name's Frank Weathers. I'm a farmer, got a few hundred acres near Junktown. Well, I was a farmer......(sad).... I guess I'm not much of anything now.
(Determination and conviction)
I'll find them eventually! Mark my words!
(Describes how his family was captured)
……………..I just wanted to provide for my family - and now they're gone. ………..All gone. ……I’m sorry……I….I really could use your help.
(Someone offers to help find your children and your wife)
You'd do that for a complete stranger? Thank you, friend. The army says they can’t help….No one can help me right now. You're all I got left.
(You receive word that your entire family was killed)
Oh God no!...(crying) I……I know I haven't been the best father, but……….(crying) No…….(sniffling) I……I ..I should have been there..
(You receive word that your family survived)
They're alive?! Oh my God, thank you! Thank you so much stranger!
(You receive word that your children are dead but your wife is alive)
I……….(speechless)……(grieving)…what about my wife?.....Where is she?...(sniffling)
(Realizes that his entire family is dead and he feels he has no need to live anymore)
I have nothing to live for………..my whole life’s a failure……I should have NEVER ran away! I should have been there for them!!....
(Deep sigh) (Sniffling) (eyes welling)This is it…….There’s no point in me going further……..I’ve got only one friend and she's never let me down...…she's right here..(pulls out a gun)…..It’s…it’s time for me to leave this place.
