Carol is very festive and upbeat. She is in her mid 20's and works in Molly's shop. Carol loves all things Christmas: The songs, the decorations, the snow, just everything. She sings in her church choir and is really good at it. It is her dream to sing with her favorite singer/songwriter, Max Surley. Carol can also sometimes be overdramatic. 

Carol is a soprano, but she can hit some lower notes in her range pretty well. She has a nice strong voice.
