The little elf of Japan is nothing more than a childish psychopath. Quiet, soft-spoken, and immature, games are his forte. His actions can be quite disturbing although unintentional. Most of the time, he's usually seen alone talking to his doll, Missy.
He has a high-pitched voice, almost childlike. He can be voiced by a girl.
"My name is Otoro Matsudo, little elf of Japan. I make toys but no one to play with..."
'Play with me big sis. Come on, please? Just one round."
"Y..you don't wanna play with me. You dummy, I hate you."
