M (real name unknown) is a highly skilled hematologist and virologist. In this universe, he and his him spearheaded development of a covid-19 vaccine and thus has put him in the center of the world's spotlight. While being a medical genius, he also has a great love for dance and music, often times referencing either of the two when speaking. However, while he has a very eccentric and flamboyant personality, he is also incredibly dangerous. He has no problems using human test subjects to further his medical research and also heavily uses drugs to experiment with his own mind and biology, as well as others'.
For his tone of voice, a good example would be to look at Mettaton's "Oh, yes." from Undertale (here is the sample: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GHQ6ba-n12E). M's voice is very suave and 'high-class', with a middling to low tone pitch.Whether he is speaking to an audience or to someone personally, every word is filled with passion and personality, almost similar to David Bowie.
