(He's introducing himself for like the 10th time and is rushing off to go find Bianca/Paralysis. Light-hearted. No tension in this line.)
Yep. My name is Tick Tock. And it’s exhausting. Anyway, I have to go find someone, so please excuse me.
(The final confession. This is right after Paralysis/Bianca almost dies. And Tick Tock/Cole saves her life by rewinding time.)

Honestly, no. Since it's a more minor character, I didn't really have a specific image or goal in mind, but I like the way you interpreted the lines.
