He's the owner of a huge casino orbiting around Saturn, He's on this bounty hunt for the sake of getting his reserves back. (That, and using the reward money for giving his casino more value).
Cheeky, Cocky, Playful, and a mischievous behavior, but a gentleman above all else.
For range, give him a mid-ranged, British accent.

1: (Feel free to snicker a bit) "Alright then, Open the game." (In a mischievous tone of voice)
2: "Well technically, it ain't cheating until you get caught right?"
3: (feel free to laugh beforehand) "Oh man, you have a TERRIBLE poker face!"
4: "Hmph, lucky shot...FIGHT LINES
1: "Tadaa!" (Attack)
2: "Pick a card!" (Special Move)
3: "You missed!" (Parry / Dodge)
4: "Full House Onslaught!!" (Super Move)

1: "Ah, yes. Welcome to Saturn's Entertainment, Gambling & Amusements! Please make yourselves comfortable!"
2: "So you're the one that took my casino's reserves huh? I'd put you down here and now, but I have a different proposition in mind for you! Count yourself lucky." (In a menacing tone)
3: "Hmm, maybe i'll strike a deal with the Martian Underground Fighting Committee, see if i can take advantage of their matches..."
4: "Listen, i know you want to find this "Wanted Man" and all, but i'm kinda in a rush to see him first so, (Snicker a bit) Back off while you have the chance..." (in a menacing tone)
