Zinovia is a supporting character in Fire Emblem: Ultimatum. She is a retired bishop of the Church of Seiros and a close friend of Rhea's, in her retirement she appears to be interested in counselling the folks at Garreg Mach Monastery. She is relaxed, nosy, and a tease to most people that she interacts with. It seems that she and Rhea share some history together, but it's been carefully hidden from the public eye. Zinovia often hints at such a past to people she wishes to tease, much to Rhea's annoyance.
This character should sound like a middle-aged woman, with a hint of a seductive, teasing voice.

(Sympathetic) "Oh, you poor thing. you look mortified. Sit down, let's have a one-on-one chat, shall we?"
(Teasing) "Well, aren't you just adorable. I could tell the first time you arrived at the Monastery that you were...quite the looker."
(Serious) "Rhea, sweetheart, you need to relax. All that stress is seriously going to ruin your complexion. I can see lines forming on your face already..."
