The forest has seen destruction, which threatens the queen's and her subjects' afterlives. I imagine her voice sounding very regal and stern. She's angry over the destruction of her forest but is fearful for her and her subjects' fates. I also imagine her being very quiet in her delivery. Yeah, she's angry, but she's calm and collective.
