Victor is the son of Oghren and Felsi, and currently resides as the commander of Ferelden's armies after his father wored with both The Hero of Ferelden and King Alistair during the blight. He is known to be strict and serious as a commander should be, but has funny sid eto him if one were to dig deep enough. I would prefer a deep voice for this role.
"Now, hold on. We don't know what were do-" (He says before getting rudely cut off.)
"Oh, joy. Here come's the Empress' personal boot-licker along with half her army. What could he possibly want now?" (Sarcastic tone.)
