Noir is an incredibly energetic and bubbly young girl who makes quite the unique Ultimate Spy. She is constantly smiling and overall just being a bundle of joy. Her voice is high and energetic, but her VA should be able to go a little lower and more calmer if need be. 

  • "Hiya! My code name's Noir, and I'm the Ultimate Spy! It's really nice to meet you!"

  • "Aw man, I was really hoping that Cotton would get better faster...but it's OK, we'll just throw the biggest party ever when he returns!"

  • "S-stop it, guys...I would never, you have to believe me!" (in addition to these lines, you may say anything else you feel like would fit this character)
