Sikorski is a fairly quiet russian man with a slightly deeper voice, he tends to stay quiet and observe more often than not. Whenever he speaks he is very particular in the way he delivers his words, being perfectly precise as to not waste his breath or anyones time; this leads to him being slightly monotonous.
