He is quite forthright when it comes to expressing wants and desires, but he'll struggle with moments of insecurity about his ability to accomplish what he sets out to do. Rather his confidence stems from support units built around him, meaning he'll often sway between the positions of being an enthusiasitc leader and someone who needs close guidance.
