Effy is the sister of Lunette. Unlike Lunette, she has all of her memories in tact. People tend not to notice Effy, leading her to believe she may be invisible or perhaps even a ghost.
I'm not sure what type of voice Effy would have so feel free to put your own spin on it! No specific accent is required as Saihate has residents from every walk of life.
