Elise is left with only one memory, a girl asking her to meet her the next day on Saihate (psy-hat-ey) Beach. 

Despite being the main character, Elise is a gloomy character. She's still a warm person to all the residents of Saihate Beach but her memory loss gives her a lot to sit and think about. 

I imagine her with a lower voice but feel free to put your own spin on it! No specific accent is required as Saihate has residents from every walk of life.
