Dhaarume Salingal is the mother of Ilmiir Thilinius and Sondarie Salingal. She is the wife of Andiille Salingal. She, in 586 2E, was sucked into a Psijic time portal alongside Nereminiar, Ilmiir, Sondarie, Andiille, Casinyth Lamorrwel, Dro’ariiti and Ko’ahjasa, and the novice Psijic mage herself who summoned it (Vitexia Accaso). They were sent to Skyrim, where they split up. She turned to vampirism after arriving in critical condition and now lives in Lae-Loria. She and Andiille had to give up just about every religious and moral belief they had before turning to vampirism. 

She speaks softly, and one of the few morals or principles she kept was to not act inappropriately, as all other female Lae-Loria Highthar vampires did. She doesn’t swear, except for lore friendly racial slurs. She has an English accent, like an Altmer but keeps it toned down.

Her goal other than supporting Lae-Loria Highthar’s main cause? She eventually wants to return to normal society, and cure her vampirism so she can support the Dominion and worship the Altmeri Pantheon once more. She’s discussed it with Andiille before, and he told her that they would die in trying to escape. She hasn’t lost hope, though.
