Personality:
Ambitious, driven, power-hungry, brash, fool-hardy, won't stop at anything to destroy anyone or anything in his way, power-hungry, leads the entire NCR military. Won't hesitate to sacrifice soldiers if it helps his cause.
Voice:
Woud like him to sound like someone with authority. I want him to sound like someone with high authority in the military but not like Yosemite Sam.

Could I have you try a different set of lines. Your voice sounds like it would fit a Legion commander. Can you do the following lines? North american accent. No Southern accent. Arrogant.
