He's the middle-aged son of a captain who made quite the fortune off of lobster. An intelligent, outgoing, and well-concealed psychopath. If you feel you can breathe life into that type of character, I’d love to have you. You'll also have a little more freedom to run the character the way you want than others.
"Oh, come on. Don’t look at me like that. That’s how Johnson looked too, right as he became an obstacle." [You're casually threatening a colleague, glancing at him like he's a sad little puppy]
“Age hasn’t given you much wisdom, Douglas. There’s deeper things at play...” [You're explaining to someone why their understanding of a situation is all too limited]
"Is it wrong to stare into the mirror, to really admire what stares back? I lose myself in my skin sometimes."
This was a fantastic audition, unfortunately it wasn't quite right for the sort of violent, playful, and condescending energy of the character. However, I would be really interested in what your take on Aldo Cosgrove or Daniel Burr might sound like.
