Mizuki Satoshi is the SHSL Conspiracist, and the Fangan's protagonist.

Mizuki is a pretty outgoing person, but gets caught off guard easily. When caught off guard she'll become defensive and get a light stutter.

I imagine her voice a little on the high side, but still bold. As all other roles, you have creative freedom when it comes to the voice!
