Gideon is a hieromancer and a planeswalker. Part of the Gatewatch, he is sworn to protect the multiverse from threats like the Eldrazi. He is commanding, a protector of the innocent, and prone to bouts of pride. Frankly, in my head I've always imagined he sounds like Garen from League of Legends, but show me what you've got! Gideonis a major character in the Magic storyline. While his first line is the only one in this story, you will be asked to reprise this role on several occasions. The last line listed is from his origin story, in which he is 13.I would appreciate it if you could try for such a voice as I would like him to be a consistent actor throughout. It will not be required to get the part though. I look forward to working with you!

Hey there! I really enjoyed your audition, though the mic quality seems a little poor. Part of the problem seems like you might have gotten a little too close to the mic during the louder parts and it peaked the audio. With that in mind, could I get a second take please?
Thank you! Yes, I was trying a new mic and you're right, I hiked up too close to it. I recorded a few takes of each line on a different mic, (although there was a bit of background buzz I couldn't quite quash on the new one.) I will post that now.
