[Character Rundown]
You're wild; hot headed and have every reason to be.
The world has pissed and danced on your grave, quite literally, and you have had enough.
You're a frequent drinker and start a fight almost every time. You'll fight anyone - and you never lose.
Inside though: you're hurting. All your friends gave up on you. Now all you have left is talking to other drunks at the bar.
Life has chewed you up and spit you out.
Emotional wreck.
[Direction] Someone is looking at you funny. You're lightly buzzed and about ready to hit someone. Your third job interview this week was turned down and you're about ready to take it out on some random dude.
(Cocky, arrogant)
"You looking at anything in particular, jackass?!"
(Dude turns around, shocked.)
"Yeah don't like it when the bitches talk back DO YA? Fuckin' creep!"
(You go back to talking to a friend at the bar.)
"So... like I was saying. I got turned down... again."
(They look at you unsurprised.)
"I didn't even do anything this time!"
*loud sigh*
"I spent so long getting my shit together. I got a suit and tie, my hair was done. I brought my A-Game damnit!"
"And you know who they gave it to? You know the worst fuckin' part?"
(You take a swig of your drink)
"They gave it to some backwater whore who could barely braid her hair!"
[Direction] Someone came into the bar. You got chatting. They're sweet - and you think you might love them. Ever since you met them your life has been getting back on track. But you're drunk. You didn't think they'd turn up. You told them you'd quit.
(They walk in the bar, notice you drinking and give you a look. They try to turn around but you grab their arm.)
(Panic, drunk apologetic. Desperate for forgiveness. Worried they might leave you too.)
"Wait... Please! Just let me explain!"
(They nod and sit down, reluctantly.)
"I was just... celebrating. I got that job! Y'know the one you said I should apply for? I GOT IT! Wooooh! hahahahaah"
(They are unimpressed.)
"I thought you'd be happy... Look I know I said I had quit drinking... I know I really do."
(beat)
"Oh god I've fucked up haven't I?"
(They get up, ready to walk out.)
"Wait! Look I can go and sober up in the car... If you'll take me home."
(They give you a look, wondering why they'd need to drive you.)
"Uh... I forgot to bring extra money with me to... Get a taxi!"
(They turn their back in disbelief and march for the exit)
"Where are you going?!"
(You lash out)
"OH YOU'RE GONNA TURN YOUR BACK ON ME TOO?! WELL FUCK YOU! I DON'T NEED YOU I NEVER HAVE."
(You sit back down in tears.)
"I'll make it on my own... You'll see."
