Dongsoo's brother and Jin's uncle that is unaware of his brother's serial killer persona, horrific attitude and abusive attitude towards Jin. Unlike Jin's father, he's supportive and caring guardian. He enjoys hanging out with his friends and family with parties and visits. He doesn't show up often, but he still shows up every once and a while to contrast the nature between him and Dongsoo.
A fatherly and somewhat jolly kind of voice. Kind, but playful at points too.

Awesome! And with a voice that's almost deep as Dongsoo's VA, it sells the age and the delivery was appropriate.
