Smeargle is a Normal-type Pokémon. It has the ability to sketch a move that was previously done and officially learn that move. A special fluid oozes from its tail. It paints with the fluid to mark its territory. There are more than 5,000 different marks on its tail. The fluid of the tail secretions changes in the intensity of its hue as the Pokémon's emotions change. Not really much to the voice, just usually kind of calm sounding.
