Mr. Mime is a Psychic/Fairy type. It can create invisible objects with its own gestures. Even though it's a mime or pantomime, it has lots of dialogue. The only times it mimes is in Detective Pikachu or a few other Pokémon side games. Mr. Mime would speak in a pretty silly sounding voice, like the anime.
