The self-appointed president of Galbadia, for the purpose of the series I want him to be an immitation of the stupidity that past world leaders have shown.  George W Bush being a prime example, so aim for that.

  • (Confident) "I want everybody to hear loud and clear that I'm going to be the president of everybody."

  • (Opinionated) "They misunderestimated me."
