Melody is our protagonist, she is a cheerful optimistic girl who always tries to find the upside to things! Life has been pretty hard for her, moving around a lot, her mother died when she was very young and her dad has been trying really hard to support her, that's why she's so grateful for him, she doesn't know a lot about her mum but what she does know is that she was phenomenal, as her dad would say.
