The prince of the Lannik people is as spoiled, childish and unprofessional as it gets: He shows no interest in any political issues, disrespects figures of authority, throws temper tantrums and even has the audacity to flirt up a Jedi Master. One may actually feel inclined to understand why so many of the characters are trying to kill him. Make him come off unlikable as you possibly can.
As Even Piell, another member of the Lannik species, speaks with a russian accent in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, feel free to include or drop a russian accent if you so please.
