Darenell Lowe (dare-un-el low) is a rotten man who abandoned his two younger sisters, Sarah Mary and Anwen, in a forest after their parents died as children. He then became an assassin and was hired by Perillos to kill Sara d'Reimu's parents.

Darenell's voice is rough and stern. He is very masculine and his voice should show this characteristic.
