The Master Mev (Team Awesome Arc, Chapters 1-11)

Celestia based on the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic TV series. This story takes place during season 8. The season acts as a backdrop or is notably changed throughout the chapters.
Celestia is the co-ruler of Equestria and made aware that Rainbow Dash has become a master mev. Although she is referenced a few times in earlier chapters, she does not appear until near the end and has only one additional line to the audition here ("Master Rainbow Dash"). Her voice is gentle, regal, and respectful.

Twilight, it is good, though strange, to see you. We did not mean to teleport here. It was as if...
(Context: Rainbow Dash has officially decreed the name of her mev pack to be Team Awesome and smacked her hoof on the table in Twilight's throne room when doing so. This, unintentionally on Rainbow's part, triggers an automatic summon of both Celestia and Luna into the throne room to meet her. The text for this line goes as follows: "Twilight, it is good, though strange, to see you." Celestia lowered her neck to nuzzle with Twilight. "We did not mean to teleport here. It was as if..." Celestia's voice trailed off as her eyes finally saw Rainbow Dash.)

(Context: Rainbow Dash has gone through the formalities of announcing herself as a master mev with a full pack and introducing the ponies chosen as her fledglings even though Celestia and Luna both know all of them. Celestia is politely replying to Rainbow Dash doing that.)
Perhaps we could assist you with informing Spitfire.
(Context: Rainbow Dash has decided that she should tell Spitfire about her master mev transformation now that she has a full pack though she wishes to tell Spitfire only about herself instead of including the pack in the confession. Celestia is offering to help her with that. This line is the last piece of dialogue for the entire arc. The text for it goes like this: "'Perhaps we could assist you with informing Spitfire,' Celestia offered." That is the end of chapter 11 and the arc as a whole.)
I think you would be better doing like starlight glimmer. you voice matches her more.
