Ki (pronounced Key) is a Midlands born Voice Actor and Singer who started acting 19 years ago in musical theatre groups. She is best known for her leading roles as Dethiral in Yonder World: Interview with the Void, The Thief in The Fause Knight and her performances in various acclaimed titles from the Dreams platform including Scraps & The Cosmic Tale series.
Through initially studying for her degree in animation, she rekindled a love for storytelling and characterisation through acting, seeing that most animators were 'undercover actors'. This continued as she began streaming to explore narrative & art in games, and share her love and respect for the industry. Not long after, she found a catharsis and enjoyment in doing voices for games without VA which soon became the beginning of her Voice Acting career.
Ki has worked on numerous titles spanning audio dramas, games and more, including ingraining herself within the community for the title Dreams, a platform enabling creators to make a variety of media. Ki is honoured to have been nominated 3 years in a row for the platform's award for best voice acting. She has also created a series on Dreams’ platform about getting a start in VA & being responsible when commissioning VA's for newer project creators. The platform's creator studio Media Molecule has also worked with Ki to present a charity stream focused on accessibility with sound and VA.
When not voice acting or streaming, Ki can usually be found doing art commissions, composing for Wolf & Magpie Media and Fluttering Abyss Studios, or pursuing her personal project of The Text Adventure Chapters. She is also an avid and classically trained singer.
Ki has also recently completed a mentorship with Jane Perry (Hitman, Baldur's Gate 3), along with recording her demos with John Schwab (Witcher series, Xenoblade Chronicles) as part of the Limit Break Mentorship.
