Mizuki is a 16-year-old girl, believing the order is best. She's responsible, direct and at times mysterious. Despite her strong will, she does blame herself for mistakes, even when she made none. She can come off as insensitive and very stubborn. If you're not her brother, then judgemental too. Mizuki's voice is more mature.
