About:  While Antony Caracalla acts reckless with his fame and fortune, Noal Wilde is his safety net. Vice President of Skyliner Industries and Antony’s oldest, and only true friend, Noal is loyal and hardworking. The narrator both at the beginning and ending of our story, Noal continues to follow Antony into hell and beyond, all the while being a realist in terms of he and his friends' billion dollar business.

  • Narrator:

Derek, one of Antony’s bodyguards, dressed in a black and white pressed suit, stepped out from the driver’s seat and stood by the car with his hands crossed at his waist. Noal waited for him to open the passenger door. Derek stood by. The other two bodyguards that had pulled up in another black armored car hopped out. They brushed their sleeves and stood at attention.

    Noal:

    (Annoyed)

“He’s not in there, is he?”

    Derek:

    “Sorry, sir,”

    Narrator:

Derek replied, shaking his head side to side.

Noal snickered to himself with an irritated look.

    Noal:

    (Aggravated)

“If he doesn’t get in with you next time, tie him up and throw him in the car,”

    Narrator:

    Noal replied, sounding aggravated.

The rev of a motorcycle echoed from down the street a few blocks away. A black motorcycle sped past the office building at high speed. Noal watched the driver dodge and weave his way through traffic wildly. The rider turned back around in the middle of street, forcing the river of traffic to screech to a sudden stop.

Noal glared over at the Derek.

    Noal:

“If he kills himself on your time, I won’t hold it against any of you, just so we’re clear.”

    Narrator:

The motorcycle swayed sideways around the armored cars and slid to a stop in front of Noal along the curb. The rider wore a black and white helmet over a charcoal black suit and tie. Noal walked over to the rider as he removed his helmet, revealing his short beige blonde hair and fine trimmed beard.

    Noal:

    “Indulge me, please,”

    Narrator:

    Noal said.

    Noal:

“What’s the point in paying two million a month for the city’s best personal security if all it takes to kill you is a high-speed collision of your own doing? If it’s that easy, I should have the honor.”

    Narrator:

Antony turned off his motorcycle and placed the helmet on the seat.

    Antony:

“Because, my VP wanted me to have them. He’s overprotective and paranoid. So much so, I might just start calling him Mom,”

    Narrator:

    Antony replied.

Noal pointed at him with one finger.

    Noal:

“You know that’s not funny, Antony. If something happens to you, a lot of people lose their jobs.”

    Antony:

    “You mean besides you?”

    Narrator:

Antony replied, handing his helmet to him as he stepped away from his motorcycle.

    Noal:

    “Especially me,”
