I do think it is the best of the auditions I've heard for Sandbar, so good work. Both your voice and delivery are good. The following is NOT a request for a retake but constructive criticism since you said you welcome feedback: Maybe slow down a little, not much, just a little. Your "Ponyville" has a popping sound on the "p". You added a word in the second line ("all") and missed a word on the last line. You said "even worse an alicorn princess" instead of "even worse for an alicorn princess." I won't be picky about stuff like that for auditions but would have you redo them for accuracy if I choose you for the role.

Sandbar based on the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic TV series. This story takes place during season 8. The season acts as a backdrop or is notably changed throughout the chapters.  

Sandbar is a young earth pony and member of the Student Six. In chapter 5, the six friends get caught in a fear snare that Rainbow Dash instinctively casts while revealing herself as a master mev. Sandbar is a laid back guy with a "surfer" voice. He is the only pony in the Student Six, which makes him an insight to pony culture. He is not worried about Ocellus' concern that Twilight is not using magic since Twilight herself doesn't seem worried about it.

The sides they read from:

  • Aw, I wouldn't worry about it.

    (Context: The Student Six are meeting during their lunch break at school. Ocellus has noticed that Twilight Sparkle is not using magic. Sandbar is not concerned and trying to lessen the concerns of the others.)

  • Because she isn't, and none of the other teachers are. They know what's up, whatever it is. Weird things happen in Ponyville all the time, and our teachers have been around to handle a lot of them.

    (Context: Sandbar is answering Yona's question about why he is not concerned about Twilight not using her magic. So long as she isn't worried, he isn't either.)

  • But dudes, that is so rude to do to any unicorn and even worse for an alicorn princess.

    (Context: In pony culture, it is rude to ask a unicorn about why they are not using their horn. Sandbar points this out and considers it even ruder to ask an alicorn.)
