Pichu is the baby form of Pikachu. It's just beginning to learn to store its electricity thanks to its small cheek pouches, and it is has the ability to shock others, but it shocks itself after doing so. A small child-like voice would suit this Pokémon. I may cast more than one person for this role, since there's also the Pichu brothers that will appear in If Pokémon Talked anime editions.

  • I wanna be just like that Pikachu on TV! He's so awesome and powerful, and he can launch thunderbolts at his foes!

  • I'm just an in-training. So as you can see, I'm just aiming to become a Raichu. It's gonna be a long way to get there though.

  • This is gonna be so easy. My big brother won't believe his eyes when I win this battle.
