FYI: You don't need to read every Tenia line. Also, it's probably looking weird to most because it's from a screenwriter program that I had to save in .txt format since there was no pdf option to upload the sample script. Sorry.

INT. HOTEL ROOM - DAY

RAYSHA RAYE, 30's. Pretty, petite model applies makeup on TENIA while she's in her wedding dress. Tenia checks herself out in the bathroom mirror.

TENIA

Once again you saved the day.

RAYSHA

(gloating)

I try. I try.

Raysha packs away her makeup box. Tenia comes out of the bathroom.

TENIA

Wish you could stay.

RAYSHA

Me too.

TENIA

Excited for your shoot in Paris? 

RAYSHA

Could hardly sleep. It's gon be tough though. Me and Tarik was suppose to go there for our honey moon. 

Raysha pours a glass of wine. 

RAYSHA

Any luck on the rings?

TENIA

Nope.

RAYSHA

So what's the plan?

TENIA

We'll get new ones down the road.

RAYSHA

That's nice and all but your wedding is today.

TENIA

It's not a big deal.

RAYSHA

Your wedding day is a very big deal.

Raysha digs through her purse for something.

TENIA

What's a wedding anyway? A contractual agreement? Exchanging jewelry? 

RAYSHA

No. The most important day of a girl's life.

TENIA

I'll live.

Raysha pulls a ring box out her purse.

RAYSHA

Well I won't.

(hand Tenia a ring box)

Here.

Tenia stares at the ring box confuse and curious. Opens it. TWO WEDDING RINGS INSIDE. Tenia glares at Raysha. 

TENIA

What I suppose to do with these?

RAYSHA

Marry with them.

Tenia closes the ring box. Hands it back to Raysha. 

TENIA

Like hell.

KNOCK KNOCK at the door. 

RAYSHA

Tenia yall need rings.

TENIA

We'll be fine.

Tenia answers the door. It's JANIYA. Bags in hand.

JANIYA

(dancing; excited)

How's the wifey!

Hugs. Tenia looks out in the hall.

TENIA

Where's my mom?

Janiya looks off nervously.

JANIYA

Umm...she sent you something.

Tenia shakes her head upset. Walks inside. Janiya notices a ring box in the doorway as she nearly steps on it. She brings it inside, sets it on the table. 

JANIYA

Hey Raysha.

RAYSHA (O.S.)

Hey Janiya.

Janiya sets the bags on the bed. Pulls a wedding veil out of one of them. Tenia rolls her eyes at it.

TENIA

(upset; sarcastic)

Great, now my marriage doom too.

Sips drink. 

JANIYA

(chuckling)

You are such a bitch. You know that?

Approaches Tenia with the wedding veil. Puts it on her. Raysha approaches Tenia. Reaches to her with the ring box again.

RAYSHA

(firm)

Here.

Tenia doesn't take it.

TENIA

Raysha, please don't start wit me. 

RAYSHA

Why are you being so stubborn?

TENIA

I'm not marrying with those fucking rings.

Tenia turns her head to Raysha glaring. Janiya turns Tenia's head back her way as she concentrates on adjusting the veil.

JANIYA

(at Tenia)

Be still.

RAYSHA

Tarik was your brother. The love of my life. What are you afraid of?

TENIA

I'm afraid you bout to piss me off.

Tenia rolls her eyes at Raysha. Raysha tosses the ring box on the bed. Leaves out. DOOR SLAMS. 

JANIYA

So what did I miss?
