Chief Jones is the head leader of the special task force assigned to eliminate all Divinity users. Who shows no mercy to the people she kills. She has a daughter who ran away because she was a Divinity user inherited from her mother. After he found out, she had to imprison her own husband for deception. Ever since then, Jones has been ruthless, and broken.

(Giving orders, strict.) Private Kyle, go and capture those two students in the back row.... They're wearing black and white hoodies and one is tall and one is average height. Take them without causing any commotion or attracting any unwanted attention.
(Talking at a board meeting) Gentlemen, gentlemen, gentlemen. I understand your concerns regarding the resistance, however, they are merely ants compared to our government. The potential we have in power and money is limitless as long we can take out that resistance.
(Interrogation) You can either talk... Or we can slaughter the remaining members of your family one by one to get the information we need from you. We can start with your neice, then onto your uncle... Your Grandma.... Your nephew... And then if you still don't give us what we want... You'll be dead right after all of them. So...
