Annie is a somewhat optimistic character who really values herself in front of her peers. She keeps her own priorities in check, and can be very desperate for her own potential wealth and success. After her group's breakup, Annie becomes very poor when entering college, and only has a job that can provide her with the bare minimum for staying alive. When Annie realizes that everyone in the old group is attending the same college, she tries to get everyone to get back together so that they could start working again and make money for her own benefit.
It's strange, isn't it. We all split up two years ago to go our separate ways, but now we're all attending the same college?!? Really does feel like destiny, huh.
Money's never been this much of an issue for me! I almost never have enough to pay for rent, and I can barely afford any food at the supermarket!
That term "making ends meet" has been taken a little too literally, because that's all I've been able to do!
