This version of Dr. Frankenstein is much younger compared to other portrayals of him. Because he has yet to know what it truly means to create life, he is stubborn and arrogant. However, when he sees Frankie (his future granddaughter) sacrifice herself to save her friends, he realizes that all it takes is a little bit of "spark" to make something worth living.
For Sparky, I would prefer a British accent and possibly the same pitch as the original voice actor in the film considering his youth. However, I will allow whatever interpretation you can come up with so long as it's delivered well.
(With remorse) This is all my fault. I should've listened to Professor Steam...and not force the creation of life before I understood it. Before you showed me that it was really something...in here.
Now, you've gone and used up all your spark...to save...your friends.
(Gradual surprise) My name...is Victor Frankenstein. I...I'm your grandfather!
