We are looking for a director with good knowledge of japanese pop culture and the anime genre. Preferably a semiprofessional VA himself/herself. He or she should also be good with people and is required to be empathic.

As a benchmark, he or she should orientate himself/herself on the German-language original and, together with the original director, make the artistic decisions for the English localisation. During live directing sessions with the VAs in discord, the director has lots of artistic freedom.
