The Witches Hat is a parody of the Harry Potter sorting hat. This one essentially works at the job center, giving jobs to ghouls who are down and out. The Witches Hat really just wants to get through its day and can be a bit sassy. There's a big Paris Hilton energy going on, this is a classy hat.
