The Partnering Vigilante of Project: Tequila.

Kiyoko's ethnicity is Japanese, and she is a foreign resident. She does not have a strong Japanese accent since she has lived in the US for a long time.

I don't have an established fictional character to compare Kiyoko with unfortunately, so I like to hear what any of you got.

At first, Kiyoko sounds "business-casual" since she's working undercover as an office secretary, but when confronted with her cover blown, she reveals a more aggressive, rogue personality. That personality is featured in the new lines when she joins up with Nina and Draco as the vigilante she is.
