Dave is a more than apathetic teen who enjoys dropping some sick fires. He rarely shows any kind of emotion, aside from his "coolness" (he's so lame he's actually cool to be honest). dullness, and aloofness. Like Karkat Vantas, he tends to stretch his words when in a bad mood, attempting to drop sick fires, or just being... Dave. His voice would probably match his personality; dull, uninterested, and rarely concerned.
