Protagonist.
A police detective turned private investigator, he left the force after a case cost him dearly. Choosing to take on cases that he himself can solve without the restrictions of a badge, he seeks justice in a way only he can provide. He's also a 450 year old vampire, though clearly doesn't look it. Experience has helped mold him into who he is today, so he always thinks before he acts, but with his vampirism, sometimes that conflicts with his better nature.
I see Vincent as sounding like Robin Atkin Downes, or similar to him anyway. An accent isn't necessary, but feel free to experiment if you wish.
"No, I'm still a P.I. but for some reason I continue to be treated like a cop around here." (bemused annoyance)
"Harold Jones. Early Retirement. The police found him dead in his home a week later. Suicide." (rummaging through notes about victims on a case)
"You... How long... How long have you been tracking me?" (calm but accusational)
