Willy the Walrus is a heavy-set thief whom most assume to be a putz, past his prime.  As a member of Jackal Squad 2.0, he's willing to show off that he has more to offer than people give him credit for!  He speaks with thick, urban accent, a Boston or Bronx accent would be ideal for his voice.
