Antagonist.
The Demon General and father to Chara & Matt. He is in charge of the army of Abyss, a region in Hell. He is also one of the seven council members who run the entirety of Abyss. He is power hungry, self-serving, manipulative, commanding, and put simply, a tyrant in demon form. Ever the opportunist, he will not hesitate to make a move when he sees something he desires, something he taught to his son. The only thing standing in his way is the Council of Seven.
I always envisioned him sounding like Keith David. Commanding, demonic, powerful. I'd advise looking at this clip of Keith David as Chaos in Dissidia Final Fantasy to get an idea of what I'm looking for. ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bOHo1_RJQvE )

"You... You've been a thorn in my side for centuries. I thought that humans were the more annoying ones. But YOU. You and your kind are like COCKROACHES. Every time I dispose of one of you... more and more appear." (Irritation, annoyance)
