Lako-Tekel - The leading mage for a village of lizard-like aliens called Tokis that inhabit the lush, swamp planet of Tarati. He experiences the arrival of the Squadron and considers them a gift from the Eight Gods of Tarati.

The exact accent for a Toki has some hispanic characteristics but overall a lizard-esque voice. Lako speaks with a slow, mystical demeanor.
