Penelope can be very airheaded sometimes but always tries her best to get the best of things. She can be oblivious to others and how they feel which makes her a very insensible person. When someone points out something is wrong, she usually ignores it and just says keep moving on which is harder than she thinks. Since she is graduating the year she encounters Lila in person, she's very excited.
