MildVoices for Captain Xion Koopa
Brief Summary: A brand new character for TWS. Xion M. Koopa is the head captain of Bowser's koopa guard. Although he may just look like a fancy koopa on the outside, on the inside Xion is considered a very dangerous mercenary. His powers consists of the raw energy of the Phantom Ruby and his fighting style resembles that of fencing.
Voice: Try giving Xion a mid-low voice with a British accent. A great example of the voice in question can be something akin to Goku Black's voice when he's in his Super Saiyan Rose form.
Well now.. This is a sight to behold. A disgusting pest that's just begging to be exterminated.
