His ethnicity is Chinese, and he is triad member originating from China. He speaks English well enough, but he will have a little Chinese accent affecting his speech.

It's important to know that his name is pronounced as "wong". "Wang" is just the proper English spelling. That's why he uses his name as a pun to replace "wrong".

Need someone to make him sound like he's trying too hard to act intimidating. Nothing too cartoony-sounding, just someone who's trying too hard. 

Fun fact, I was the one who voiced Mr. Wang in the past. My performance is pretty terrible, and I don't want to attempt to voice-act again this time, so I need to ask for some help here.
