She is beyond sadistic and hates anyone that is not able to live up to her standards. Anyone who fails, she will find a way to obliterate you...
Her voice is a deeper more mature voice and can be taken quite sexual the way she talks. In her way its more of a way to allure people into a false sense of security or pleasure, only to throw that sense out the window. It keeps her army of witches on their toes at least.
