Hoothoot is the first evolution of Johto's regional bird. This Pokémon always appears at night. Some trainers will use this Pokémon in place of a clock, for that reason because Hoothoot can keep track of time. It also stays on one foot when standing on the ground. The voice and personality I feel that should suit the most would have to be a bit high pitched and wise.
